I acknowledge that the submission of this application does not guarantee approval or onboarding as a Vendor. Mouthful Foods reserves the right to approve, decline, request additional information, or withdraw this application at its sole discretion and in accordance with its internal policies and applicable law.

I further confirm that the Vendor will obtain and maintain all licences, permits, registrations, certifications, and approvals required to lawfully operate its business and provide products or services through the Platform.

By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to comply with the Mouthful Foods Vendor Agreement, Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Marketplace Policies, and any other applicable policies or guidelines published by Mouthful Foods, as amended from time to time.

I understand that providing false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information may result in the rejection of this application, suspension or termination of the Vendor account, and any other action available to Mouthful Foods under applicable law.
